About The Role

Locations – Banbury, Brackley, Bicester and Aylesbury

EKFB are looking to recruit a number of Logistics Operatives to join our Logistics team throughout our 80km trace. You’ll be responsible for implementation of policies and processes to ensure the Operational Support team is safe, effective and efficient.

You’ll need to make sure the Operational Support Strategy is adhered to and provide guidance to other colleagues within the business. You must ensure the business complies with regulations and update policies when required. You’ll also control and reduce operating costs, providing specialist knowledge relating to Operational Support management.

You’ll be responsible for the management of materials and equipment. Your role will be heavily involved in area logistic and security operations for the project. Vehicle Management is a key part of this position, it will include access control, fleet operations and maintenance. Welfare, refuelling, catering and waste management all form part of the role’s responsibilities.

About You

Key Skills and Qualifications:

It is essential that you have experience in the construction industry within a Logistics or Operational support role. We are also open to individuals with experience in the rail industry.

You will need to hold a Category B driving licence. We also welcome candidates who hold a Category C driving licence and/or Driver Certificate of Professional Competence.

Experience in Hookloader and Craneloader operations is also desirable.
