About The Role

At EKFB we’re shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. All four of our partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
 
In this role you will be assisting our MEP Manager in day-to-day project activities, you will help facilitate communication between MEP contractors, design teams and construction teams. You'll also provide coordination and support for the team to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
 
You'll be assisting in the review and analysis of MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with requirements. We'd also need you to assist in the preparation and management of documentation, including technical submittals and as-built drawings.
 
Key areas for this role to focus on will also include assistance with -
  • Site Supervision
  • Procurement and material management
  • Testing and commissioning

About You

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role in the industry
  • Basic knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes and design principles
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  • You must hold a CSCS White, White/Yellow, Black, Red - Experienced or Gold card
  • You must hold a full driving license
